Review of this Asda Tech ONN Cd Player

I know that nowadays CDs and CD player is not a thing anymore but last December, a friend of mine gave ma a CD of Pink Floyd live at Knebworth and Rachmaninoff. Then later he gave me as well Pink Floyd Wish you were here album and Richard Addinsell. But trouble was, I don't have CD player anymore. So what I did was look online for a cheap CD Player and found this one from Asda. It was also perfect timing that my workplace gave me an Asda gift voucher. Hence, I bought this unit.

Right, this one is perfect for the job. Lightweight and portable. Battery powered. It doesnt come with power adaptor. But the only problem is that the battery rans out quickly. May be about one album and it drains the battery or perhaps listening to two albums and that's it. Another thing that is not that great is the earphones that came with it. It looks and feels cheap. Not sounding great as well. So I changed it with my cheap Phillips earphones and it sounded a lot better. But if you use obviously a better headphones like my Bose SoundTrue headphones and my Sennheiser HD100, then it is super lovely.

Overall, for the price and functionality, I am happy with this CD player.

How to record using Zoom G1Four to your iPad or iPhone

This is one of the common questions asked to me as a Zoom effects pedal user. How to record using Zoom G1Four into my phone? So I decided to make a video and explain on how to record using this pedal.

Things that you'll be needing:

Zoom G1Four effects pedal
iPad or iPhone
Lightning to USB 3 camera adapter (buy original Apple product)
Behringer UCA222 audio interface
RCA to 3.5 mm stereo cable
Headphones 3.5 to 6.5 adapter
Regular headphones or headset (not the headset for the phones)
If possible have a tripod or any iphone/ipad stand

Connect your guitar to your zoom effects pedal then use the headphones jack plug it to the output of the pedal and connect your RCA to stereo 3.5mm cable then plug it to your Behringer UCA222 then connect your Lightning to USB 3 camera adapter to your iphone or ipad. Open the camera of your iPhone or iPad. Then connect your headphones to the Behringer UCA222 as your monitor. There's a volume control on the UCA 222 to adjust your monitor.  Then press record.

Is the Roland Micro Cube an all-in-one amp?

Yes, it is! From feature to functionality and even portability and loudness. Right first is portability. This amp is small and lightweight. You can just carry it and walk for miles and you wont feel the weight. You can even put it in a backpack. Second is battery operated. You can do busking with this amp, you can bring this anywhere and jam along. In a boat, in your garden, in the park, in a hotel room, literally anywhere and you don't have to worry where to plug it. The features of this amp is awesome. It has builtin effects from reverb to delay, chorus, flange, phaser, tremolo, and amp sim and even acoustic option and microphone option. It has record out which you can connect to a mixing desk, PA system or portable speaker. It has got line in or AUX in for your backing tracks. Tone knob, gain and master volume. And most of all the sound quality of this little amp is really good. Loud enough and a lot of tone variations from clean to lead tone/metal tone.

How to assemble Argos Malibu 3 drawer office desk oak

I was a bit unlucky when I assembled this product. The Argos Malibu 3 drawer office desk study table. First off, the on side of the drawer got a crack and was deformed. Then the product doesnt have labels or numbers so it was tricky to follow the manual when the parts that you assemble doesn't have any markings or labels on it. Then on top of that the wooden peg on one side of the cabinet doesnt go down so I pressed hard on it and it went through and through. Even hit my hand. So I had to super glue that side to re-inforce it because otherwise the peg will come out. Also had to dig the hole deeper to make sure the peg goes in properly. Lastly, I had accident and hurt my hand.

So in conclusion even though I managed to assemble it, I would say that the materials for this product is not that good.

Watch the video so you can see for yourself what I meant and also as a guide on how to assemble this product. Thanks for visiting my blog.

Assembling Argos Kristopher Single Bed Frame with Simba Cool Foam Single Mattress

Easy and straight-forward assembly. Requires two person to assemble but mostly manageable by one. Materials are lightweight but in the box it seems heavy so I had to unbox it downstairs and brought them in the room piece by piece. It gave me space in the bedroom to assemble.

The only mistakes I did was that I tightened the screws early even though on the manual it says leave the screws loose. I thought it will be more stable for me to assemble it that way but no, I had to loosen them again to make adjustments for the sides to approximate.

After that was sorted it was easy and I managed to assemble it mostly just by myself. That only fiddly bit are the bars in the middle plus the plastic locking squares to secure those bars. There are like roughly 15-16 bars may be more and the plastic squares to lock them are both sides so it's like times two around 30-32 of those plastic bits to push with your thumb seems like a painful task to do.

Overall, Im happy with this product. Just watch the video and read the manual. It's straight-forward and easy to understand and assemble.

Behringer ULM302MIC how to set up

You will need to have two XLR cables or if you got an XLR splitter and an old XLR mic lead, then you can also use that one.

Next you will need to have your PA system setup or a Portable karaoke speaker.

Put two AA batteries in each mic and long press the up button to turn the mic on.

Plug the receiver's power adaptor, and turn the unit on using the button at the back of the receiver.

The mic automatically pairs. You can adjust the volume from your speaker and from the microphone itself.

And that's it. ready for fun time karaoke and jamming with friends and family.
