Update on my Wireless Headphone 5-in-1 HiFi S-XBS MH2001 used as guitar monitor

I've finally made a video of this Wireless Headphone 5-in-1 HiFi S-XBS MH2001 used as guitar monitor via Zoom G1four effects processor. I wasn't so impressed before to use this with my guitar because the wireless option got a bit of white noise so I said I will only use this headphones as my wireless radio headphones. But recently with all the wires and cables in my tiny music room, I tried this again and plugged into my Zoom G1Four and it feels fine. The noise is there but when I elevated the Receiver and put it on a table, it seems ok. So I made this video update in the lounge to show that you can go wireless all the way from Headphones to effects processor and my recent purchase of Lekato Guitar Wireless system where all of it are battery operated, you can now free walk about and bring your setup anywhere and jam wirelessly.

Hope you like this idea and video. Cheers!

Bekka Blake's album Into My Mind

 Bekka Blake Music

Album: Into My Mind

This is Bekka Blake's first album release after the release of her single; Come To Your Senses a couple of months ago before the Pandemic. And now, her album is finally out and it's called Into My Mind. This is also the song that I really love listening to. And my second favourite is Killing Me.

This album is very soothing not only because of Bekka's voice and her harmonies, but also the musicality. And yes, Bekka did all of the backing vocals and harmonies to this album. It's not a software or effects pedal. It's all her voice.

This was written, recorded and produced by Reece Roughley. He made this album very interesting and at the same time very challenging. Because, he overlay a lot of stuff and use a lot of combinations in terms of chords and instruments. He is such a perfectionist and a very creative composer. I don't know him personally but based on the tracks, when I listen to the instruments and how he did it, it shows his creativity and passion.

The album was released October 8, 2020 through Distrokid.

Are you looking for a quick fix and affordable doorbell?

Look no further, here's the Byron DBY-22311 portable doorbell from Argos

It is easy to assemble and works perfectly. Just watch the video above and you'll get to see how good this portable doorbell is. It's totally wireless and no need to plug it into a socket.

Lots of melodies to choose from and not just your traditional doorbell sound.

Batteries are not included for the doorbell itself and it requires 3 AA batteries. But the remote or doorbell button got a battery, you just need to install it.

Last but not the least you can either use the double-sided adhesive that came with it or screw it on your wall or by the door. But what I did with mine was reinforced the double-sided adhesive to save me from drilling walls.

DIY on how to change the built-in rechargeable battery of Samson Expedition Express

Here's how to fix and swap the built-in rechargeable battery of your Samson Expedition Express. But first, you need to buy your replacement battery. I bought mine from Thomann. Kindly, check first if Thomann is able to deliver to your place before you order.

Here's the link if you're interested to buy the replacement battery: https://www.thomann.de/gb/thomann_battery_12v_26ah.htm?partner_id=95373

It is a straight-forward swap. Just unscrew the back cover of your Samson Expedition Express and then be careful with the wires when lifting the cover. Then, there's a protective sheet that you need to remove and it is secured by 4 screws. A bit bigger from the ones the you've taken out. So you might swap screwdriver to remove these.

Then, the tricky bit is the battery itself. The good news is that it has a strap so you can pull it out. But just be gentle and careful because of the wire and there's like a sticky substance that they used.

The polarity is colour-coded and there's a sticker so that you don't get confused about it and put the wires wrong way around.

Last is to put things back together and cover it. Put back the screws as well and your Samson Expedition Express is as good as new again.
