Is the Harley Benton HBO-850 Classic Blue Roundback Electroclassical Guitar any good?

My first ever purchase from Thomann, the Harley Benton HBO-850 Classic Blue roundback electro-classical guitar. The experience was positive and most of all Im really pleased with the guitar. It is very inexpensive and it came within the time span that they mentioned which is 3-4 working days. I bought this on the 5th and it arrived on the 10th it was because of the weekend. So if we remove the Saturday and Sunday, the parcel came within just 3 days. It was via UPS. The tracking system was straight-forward.

If you want to know more about this guitar and if you are interested to buy this one, here's the link: https://www.thomann.de/gb/harley_benton_hbo_850_classic_blue.htm?partner_id=30701

First Time To Buy From Thomann

I would like to share to you guys the story about my first ever purchase at Thomann's. I've always wanted to buy their guitar because of the reviews on YouTube. But because I don't have a budget and at the same time the added cost of shipment plus it will take awhile before it arrives, it sort of puts me off. So I never tried them until recently. I was looking for an electro-classical guitar that has got slimmer neck and is single cutaway plus it's got a strap buttons and affordable. So I looked everywhere online from eBay to Amazon to other online shops and it's hard to find one that is inexpensive and fits my requirements or criteria. The only shop that has got what I needed and tick all the boxes is Thomann's. And the brand is Harley Benton HBO-850 and it's an electro-classical guitar that is roundback. The trouble was it's not available until 2-3 weeks. So I kept waiting and checking Thomann's if this guitar is already available. Until a B-Stock became available a couple of days back. So I thought this is it, I will buy this one now using the money I earned from YouTube. The price of the guitar is £89 and the money I got from YouTube was £97.72. But Thomann's got delivery charge of £8 to ship to Great Britain and the total cost was the exact amount of £97. Perfect!

Now when I attempted to purchase the guitar, I didn't realise that I needed to register or log in. So I had to create an account. It was not difficult because it's just email address and personal details that's needed, however, because I did it Saturday evening I think and they only accept transactions during their working hours which is 9:30 to 18:30 Mondays through Saturdays, I have to wait for an email confirmation and at the same time a verification link to proceed with log-in details and password. So I had to wait on Monday and I was at work that day, so I did it in the evening after my shift. Again its just straight forward.

The trouble was that time the B-Stock Harley Benton HBO-850 was gone and I needed to wait 2-5 days before the stock is going to be available. To cut the story short, I had to keep checking again if it's already available. And after a couple of days, about 3 days I think, it became available and I ordered it. Again another straight forward transaction which is Add to Cart or Basket and pay. I opted to pay via PayPal.

It took a while for the transaction to be completed and processed. I mean you will received an invoice via email and your purchase or order details is readily available from Thomann's website. They are very transparent and even the person who processed your order will be put on your order details so that if there are any enquiries that you have, you can easily contact them. Also they will provide you with the tracking details which is available on the website.

Im still waiting for my parcel because it takes 3-4 working days for Thomann's to delivery to the UK. So according to the tracking details, my parcel will be arriving on Monday the 10th of August. I will keep you posted guys about my experience with Thomann's
